At The Yard, we work with trusted production partners to ensure your products are made with care and delivered to your doorstep in a timely manner.

Shipping Times

Please note that all our products are made-to-order, which means production begins once you place your order. This custom production process typically takes 2-5 business days before your order ships.

International shipping process

Our international shipping process may route through different hubs across Europe to optimize delivery. While it may add 1–2 days, it ensures more efficient, affordable and sustainable logistics.

Multiple Packages Notice

To ensure the best quality and fastest processing times, some of our products are shipped from different production facilities. This means your order might arrive in separate packages, possibly on different days. Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times (after production):
- Europe: 3-8 business days
- International: 10-20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services, especially during holiday seasons or unexpected global events.

Return Policy

At The Yard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at support@theyardbrand.com to request a return authorization.
2. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for your return.
3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
4. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
5. Ship your return using the provided instructions.

Return Conditions

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- For defective items, please provide photos of the defect when contacting customer service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
